PLOT

The Restless focuses on an experienced warrior named Yi-gwak (Jung Woo-sung) who boast of being a legendary swordsman and possessing the unusual ability to see ghosts. When her beloved So-hwa (Kim Tae-hee's first acting actress) is killed in her place, Yi-gwak almost sweats from the pain. One day he discovers that he has somehow entered this "half-paradise" and meets So-hwa. This encounter, however, is not exactly as expected and at the same time dragged into a great battle for control of heaven and earth.
